Formats: models/part numbers plus quantity — “5 pcs”, “x5” on one line, or tab-separated Excel columns. Up to 300 lines.

How it works

  1. Copy the equipment list from the tender or from Excel and paste it into the field, one item per line.
  2. Click "Convert": the site finds the competitor model, the quantity and the Zyxel equivalent in every line.
  3. Check the lines marked "Ambiguous" or "Not recognized": pick the model by hand or remove the line.
  4. Download the list as XLSX or send the items to the cart to request a price.

Frequently asked questions

What format should the list be in?

A model or part number and a quantity on one line: "SG350-28P 5 pcs", "FG-40F x2". Columns copied from Excel work too.

How many lines can I convert?

Up to 300 lines at once, each up to 300 characters.

What does "Already Zyxel" mean?

The line already names a Zyxel model, so no equivalent is needed — it goes into the list as it is.

How do I check the match for one line?

Click "Comparison table" in the line: the competitor and the Zyxel models open side by side. The model you choose there can be sent back to the converter.
