How it works

  1. Choose a category: switches, access points, firewalls, transceivers and cables, or 4G/5G routers.
  2. Narrow the catalog down by the parameters you need: port count, PoE, Wi-Fi standard, performance.
  3. Tick two or three models and compare their specifications in one table.
  4. Add devices to the cart, set the quantities, then send a request to Zyxel or download the tender specification.

Frequently asked questions

Are prices shown?

No. The cart is a request for a quote: it goes to Zyxel, and the answer comes to the email you give.

Who receives the request?

Zyxel specialists for your region — Europe, the CIS, the Middle East or Africa. You choose the region in the request form.

What is "Download spec"?

An Excel file with a tender specification for every device in the cart: requirements without vendor or model names, ready for procurement.

Can I add licenses and antennas?

Yes. In the cart you can add matching licenses to a device, and antennas to access points with external antennas.

Do I need a subscription for cloud management?

Basic management in Nebula works without a subscription. The professional features need a Pro Pack license.
